In addition to the information described in Section 2, the following categories of data are collected and processed when you use the ADPS Platform (the subscription product accessed through your account):
- Account data: your full name, email address, and a securely hashed password, managed by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
- Business intake data: business name, industry, services offered, business address and phone, service area, color preferences, taglines and descriptive content, target keywords, and the email address to which website contact-form submissions should be forwarded — submitted during onboarding and stored in our service-orders database.
- Generated assets: the websites, blog posts, landing pages, logos, favicons, and other content the Platform generates for you, stored against your account and order records.
- Operational data: subscription status, plan type, add-on relationships and tier-based pricing context, delivery ETA, custom domain configuration, DNS status, and the generated URLs of sites we host for you.
- Performance data: where you have authorized it, Local Services Ads metrics (impressions, leads, spend) retrieved from Google on your behalf.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store only Stripe customer and subscription identifiers; we do not store, see, or transmit your credit-card number, CVV, or expiration date.
- Contact-form submissions: submissions sent to the contact form on a website we host for you are forwarded directly to the recipient email address you designate; we do not retain the contents of those submissions in our active databases.
- Change requests and dashboard activity: text content of change requests you submit through your dashboard, and basic audit-trail metadata (timestamps, status changes).
15. Sub-Processors
To deliver the Platform we share the categories of data described below with the following sub-processors. Each is bound by its own terms and privacy policy. We update this list when sub-processors change.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing — billing email, customer/subscription identifiers, plan and transaction metadata. (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- Supabase — primary database, authentication, and file storage — all customer-provided account, intake, generated, and operational data. (Supabase Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare Pages — website hosting and content delivery — the generated website files we publish for you, and standard CDN access logs of your site's visitors handled by Cloudflare under its own policies. (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)

16. Authorizations You Grant Us
Certain Platform features require you to grant our managed Google account permission to act on your behalf. When you connect Google Business Profile or Local Services Ads through the Platform:
- You authorize our managed Google account to act as a manager of your Google Business Profile and as a reader of your Local Services Ads performance, scoped only to what is needed to deliver the service you have subscribed to.
- This authorization is voluntary and feature-specific. You may revoke it at any time from your Google account settings, in addition to cancelling the underlying subscription.
- We will not use these authorizations for purposes other than delivering your subscription, and we will not access or modify Google Business Profile listings or LSA accounts that you have not connected to the Platform.
17. Platform Data Retention and Deletion
This section supplements Section 7 and applies specifically to data processed through the Platform.
- Active subscription: Platform account data, intake data, generated content, and operational data are retained for as long as your account exists.
- Account deletion: When you initiate account deletion through your dashboard, as described in Section 22 of the Terms of Service, your account profile, intake data, generated content, provisioned CRM sub-accounts, and hosted site files are removed from our active production systems within thirty (30) days.
- Stripe records: Billing, invoice, and tax records held by Stripe are retained by Stripe for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law — typically seven (7) years — and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- Email delivery logs: Records of transactional and notification emails are retained by our email-delivery provider per its own retention policy.
- Backups: Routine encrypted backups may continue to contain copies of deleted data for a limited rolling period (typically up to 30 days) before they age out of the backup rotation.
- De-identified analytics: Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked to you may be retained for analytics and service-improvement purposes.
18. Your Choices for Platform Data
In addition to the rights described in Section 8, Platform customers have the following self-service options:

- Subscription cancellation: any active subscription, including add-on plans, may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard, with access continuing through the end of the paid billing period.
- Revocation of Google authorizations: manager access to Google Business Profile and Local Services Ads may be revoked at any time from your Google account, independently of your Platform subscription status.
- All other rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, and CCPA rights as described in Section 8 remain available to Platform customers and are not limited by this section.
